Managing Integrations

Connect, monitor, and troubleshoot your tool integrations.

Connection Status

Each integration shows:

  • ✅ Connected (working)
  • ⚠️ Expiring soon (re-auth needed)
  • ❌ Disconnected (needs setup)

Reconnecting

OAuth tokens expire periodically. To reconnect:

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Click Reconnect on the integration
  3. Complete the OAuth flow

Disconnecting

To remove an integration:

  1. Click the integration card
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm

Note: Disconnecting removes Quikly's access but doesn't delete any data in the external tool.

Troubleshooting

"Insufficient permissions"

  • Check your user has access to the projects/spaces
  • Re-authorize with an admin account if needed

"Rate limited"

  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact support if persistent
