Files and Artifacts
Files is where uploaded workspace assets and everything Quickly generates end up: documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, filled forms, and browser recordings. It is the answer to "where did that thing it made actually go".
Who can use it: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member · Availability: All plans
Two Kinds of File
Some files live in Quickly, because you uploaded them or an agent produced them. Others live in a connected provider, because Quickly created them there: a Confluence page, a Google Doc, a Drive upload. Both are listed here, but only the first kind is stored against your workspace's file storage allowance.
That distinction matters when you share something. A provider-hosted file should be shared by its provider link so the recipient sees the live version and inherits that tool's permissions. A file stored in Quickly is downloaded and sent.
Tracing a File Back
Every generated artifact is connected to the task that produced it. When you need to know why a document says what it says, open the related task in Action Logs: it holds the request, the tool calls, and the sources involved.
