Frequently asked questions
How does Quickly access my Slack messages?
Quickly only reads messages in channels where it's been invited, and only when you @mention it. We never read messages in private channels unless explicitly invited.
What is organizational memory?
Organizational memory is Quickly's ability to index and search your team's past conversations and connected tools. This helps it add relevant context to requests and learn your team's preferences over time.
Can I schedule recurring workflows?
Yes! You can ask Quickly to run workflows on a schedule—daily standups, weekly reports, monthly summaries. Just tell it when and how often, and it handles the rest.
Do I need to learn special commands?
No! Just type naturally like you would to a teammate. Quickly understands phrases like "create a ticket", "make a Jira issue", or "log this as a bug". They all work the same way.
What happens if Quickly doesn't understand?
Quickly will ask for clarification in a reply. For example, if you ask to create a ticket but don't specify which project, it'll prompt you to choose.
How do I connect my tools to Quickly?
After installing Quickly to your Slack workspace, visit the admin dashboard to connect integrations via OAuth. Most tools take less than a minute to set up.
