Frequently asked questions

How does Quikly access my Slack messages?

Quikly only reads messages in channels where it's been invited, and only when you @mention it. We never read messages in private channels unless explicitly invited.

Do I need to learn special commands?

No! Just type naturally like you would to a teammate. Quikly understands phrases like "create a ticket", "make a Jira issue", or "log this as a bug". They all work the same way.

What happens if Quikly doesn't understand?

Quikly will ask for clarification in a reply. For example, if you ask to create a ticket but don't specify which project, it'll prompt you to choose.

Can multiple people use Quikly at once?

Absolutely! Anyone in your workspace can @mention Quikly. Each request is handled independently, and confirmations are posted to the same channel for visibility.

How do I connect my tools to Quikly?

After installing Quikly to your Slack workspace, visit the admin dashboard to connect integrations via OAuth. Most tools take less than a minute to set up.
