Common Issues

Solutions to frequently encountered problems.

"Quikly isn't responding"

1. Check Quikly is invited to the channel (/invite @Quikly)
2. Make sure you're @mentioning correctly
3. Check status.quikly.ai for outages

"Integration disconnected"

OAuth tokens expire. Go to Dashboard → Integrations and click Reconnect.

"Can't find project"

• Check the project key is correct
• Verify your Jira user has access to the project
• Try reconnecting the integration

"Action failed"

Check the logs in your dashboard for specific error messages. Common causes:

• Permission issues in Jira/Confluence
• Rate limiting
• Invalid issue key
