Connecting Integrations

All available integrations, how OAuth works, and managing your connections

Connecting Integrations

Quickly connects to the tools your team uses through secure OAuth. Each integration lets Quickly take specific actions on your behalf. This guide covers all available integrations, how the connection process works, and how to manage your connections.

Available Integrations

Quickly supports the following integrations:

Project Management

  • Jira - Create, update, search, and comment on issues across all your Jira projects
  • Asana - Create and manage tasks, update status, and search across workspaces
  • Linear - Create issues, update status, and manage projects
  • GitHub - Create issues, manage pull requests, and search repositories

Documentation & Knowledge

  • Confluence - Create pages, generate postmortems, and build documentation from conversations
  • Notion - Create pages, search databases, and manage workspace content
  • Google Docs - Create and read documents
  • Google Sheets - Read data and append rows to spreadsheets

Communication & Calendar

  • Gmail - Send and draft emails from conversation context
  • Outlook - Send and manage emails through Microsoft 365
  • Google Calendar - Schedule meetings, check availability, and create events

CRM & Sales

  • Salesforce - Query pipeline, manage opportunities, log activities, and search contacts
  • HubSpot - Manage contacts, deals, and marketing campaigns
  • Gong - Pull call summaries, deal insights, and coaching highlights

File Storage

  • Google Drive - Search, share, and organize files

Signing & Finance

  • DocuSign - Send documents for signature and check signing status
  • QuickBooks - Query invoices, expenses, and financial reports

Browser Workflows

  • Browser workflows - Included on every plan and metered by credits. Interact with web portals that do not have APIs, subject to guardrails and provider limits.

How OAuth Works

When you connect an integration, Quickly uses OAuth 2.0 to get permission to act on your behalf:

  1. You click Connect for the integration in your dashboard.
  2. You are redirected to the external service (for example, Atlassian, Google, or Salesforce).
  3. You sign in with your account and review the permissions Quickly is requesting.
  4. You click Allow or Authorize.
  5. The external service sends a secure token back to Quickly.
  6. Quickly encrypts this token with AES-256-GCM and stores it.

Your password is never shared with or stored by Quickly. The token gives Quickly limited access to act on your behalf, and you can revoke it at any time.

Per-User Connections

Each team member connects their own integrations independently. This means:

  • Quickly acts with your permissions. If you do not have access to a Jira project, Quickly cannot create issues there on your behalf.
  • Disconnecting your integration does not affect other team members.
  • Each person's tokens are encrypted separately and scoped to their account.

Managing Your Connections

Viewing connection status: Go to Dashboard > Integrations to see all integrations and their status (connected, disconnected, or expiring).

Reconnecting an expired token: OAuth tokens expire periodically. When a connection expires, click Reconnect and complete the OAuth flow again.

Disconnecting an integration: Click the integration card, then click Disconnect. This revokes Quickly's access to that service. No data in the external service is deleted.

Switching accounts: If you want to connect a different account (for example, a different Google account), disconnect first, then reconnect with the new account.

Troubleshooting

"Connection expired" error when using a command: Go to Dashboard > Integrations and reconnect the relevant integration.

"Insufficient permissions" error: Your account in the external service may not have access to the resource you are trying to use. Check your permissions in that tool directly.

Integration does not appear in the list: Some integrations may not be available on all plans. Check your workspace plan details in Dashboard > Billing.
